Joe is the leader of Eide Bailly's Energy Efficiency Incentives (EEI) group. He helps clients implement tax saving strategies through the design, purchase or construction of real estate. As the head of Eide Bailly’s EEI group, Joe oversees a national team of Professional Engineers, energy modelers and HERS raters. Strategies to serve our clients include the 179D and 45L energy efficiency incentives, cost segregation, fixed asset planning and construction tax planning.
